This summer MP Chris Hinchliff is gathering evidence from communities across the constituency to build a comprehensive and up-to-date picture of the most significant road safety issues facing our towns and villages. The report will be presented to Hertfordshire County Council, helping identify the areas where intervention is most urgently needed. The more responses received, the stronger the case we can make for meaningful action.

Issues such as dangerous junctions, speeding traffic, poor road conditions and other longstanding issues that impact the safety and quality of life in towns and villages have persisted for years yet many, with sufficient commitment and initiative, could be resolved or mitigated relatively quickly.
